Activity and transaction information such as bookings, orders, QR redemptions, saved offers, and support requests.

Partner and service locations, map coordinates, and destination information that you choose to view. The traveler app does not collect your device’s precise location.

For business accounts, company details, identification code, bank account information, business address, map coordinates, offers, uploaded images, and documents.

Basic technical information required to operate and secure the service, including app version, device platform, error information, and network request metadata.

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide bookings and offers, show relevant nearby services, process QR interactions, support users, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data and do not collect precise device location for advertising.

MY GEO uses contracted infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and Vercel for website and server infrastructure. These providers process data only to deliver their services to MY GEO.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Network traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted by role and service credentials.

You can manage app permissions in your device settings. Core account features remain available when optional permissions are denied.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated personal data. Use the account deletion page or contact support.

MY GEO is designed for travelers and business users and is not directed to children under 13. Car rental and other age-restricted services may require users to meet additional legal or partner requirements.

We may update this policy when the product, legal requirements, or service providers change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
